Today is such a bright, blue skied and sunny day, it's really made me feel excited for May when summer should well and truly be with us and also I will be finishing my University degree! Yes, I'm terrified, but everything looks better in the sunshine, (or snow, that's funny), and so bring on the holidays, festivals and hopefully new job! Unfortunately I'm stuck inside for the rest of today writing a feature about shopping for vintage clothing, and I can see passers by from my window wearing summery clothes and sunglasses...jealous! Oh well, let's get this work out of the way and then I can have some fun to.
This is what I'm wearing today, my boyfriend took me out for lunch which was nice...and I didn't need to wear a coat for the first time since, well, last summer! (Loving the way the pink collar of this blouse brings out the pink in my glasses...am I starting to like the colour pink!?)
Ditsy print pastel blouse: £25, Urban Outfitters
Vintage Jaeger jacket: £6, Charity Shop
Floral bag: Urban Outfitters
Jeans: £10, Topshop
Shoes: £6, Primark, Given to me by a friend
I'm so obsessed with Gotye at the moment, my two favourite songs being 'Eyes wide open' and obviously, 'Somebody that I used to know', I've listened to the album three times in a row today so I've just switched to Edward Sharp and the Magnetic zeros, an equally as great band!
